The first time I used my mini skillet I fried an egg in it. It stuck terribly & was hard to clean. I reached out to customer support & got wonderful tips for how to cook without the terrible sticking. Now I preheat the dry pan, then add oil & let it get hot on medium low heat, then add the egg. That works wonderfully! Now I really enjoying using this mini skillet for 1 serving meals for myself. I'm so glad I reached out for help & did not
just return it! It's a wonderful little non toxic pan! I put my washed up non stick mini skillet in the toy bin for grandchildren who like to pretend. They like the "toy" skillet added to their collection :)

The rtro Tea Kettle is great, love the capacity, how well it heats the water, how easy it is to clean also like the little symbol on top of lid and bottom side of Kettle that when they line up the top is secure and pourspot is open to allow liquid topour from kettle. I am very happy with the ceramic material and quality of this Kettle, highly recommend you get one!

I am going to give the cookware set to my granddaughter for Christmas so I am unable to critique it until then. It looks great!
I bought these because they are non-toxic. For the most part they are easy to clean, but sometimes food gets burnt on the sides of the pan and it will require an abrasive cleanser like bar keepers friend or bon ami.

Been using this cookware for a month daily use 3 meals a day. Can’t explain the comfort feeling knowing my family is reducing contaminants in our food. Just be patient, pre warm the pan and cook at a much lower heat setting than your used to. Clean up is only slightly harder than cast iron equal to good stainless cookware with much better heat retention. Love it

I bought the stir fry pan and lid when it was called a wok. I used it often but sadly broke the pan. Luckily I found the pan available without the lid. I understand this item is being discontinued which is unfortunate.
I have several of the 7” covered skillets but use the wok when the food is too tall for the lid. Like beets. I bake beets with an inch of water in my wok.

I’ve been cooking all of our food using only xtrema cookware since they are nontoxic. I use the skillet almost everyday for frying eggs, making omelette and so much more! At first it’s a little tricky to get food not to stick but once you get it it’s very easy and worth it. Even though it’s a little pricey it’s so worth it. Customer service it’s also amazing.
